Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Stickers are final sale and we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What happens if my order was damaged in shipping?

In the case of damages to items while in transport, we offer replacements for these orders.

The customer is encouraged to contact out team with their personal and order information. As well as proof of the damages made on such items.

Timelines for when replacements will be sent out will be closely monitored and more information will be provided from our team.

How much does shipping cost?

We are currently shipping our items for free. So there is no charge for shipping!

Purchasing a Tattoo Design?

What is a Tattoo Design Token Agreement?

This document describes a one-time, non-exclusive, personal-use license to apply a tattoo design to the purchaser’s body. It does not transfer ownership or rights to reproduce, sell, or modify the design. It is to be signed by the artist of the design and the customer in the design.

Upon purchase of a design a Tattoo Design Token Agreement will be sent to the recipient within 24 hours via email.

The recipient has 24-48 hours after the email is received to read, sign, and send back the agreement to the artist.

Charges will not be made to accounts until a Tattoo Design Token Agreement is completely processed first.




How will I receive my tattoo design?

The design will be sent to the recipient via email in a preferred downloadable file. (.PNG, .JPEG, .PDF, etc.)

When will I receive my tattoo design?

Customers should expect access to their purchased design once the Tattoo Design Token Agreement is signed and completed.

Can I return my purchased design for a refund?

Yes! Customers have the option to return their purchased designed and can receive a full refund for it.

If a customer wishes to return multiple designs, 3 or more, from their purchase a 25% fee will be deducted from their refund.

Can I purchase multiple designs at once?

Yes! There is no limit to how many designs an individual purchase can have.

However, each design will need to have its own individual Tattoo Design Token Agreement. These can be sent and signed in bulk from the initial agreement email.
